FindACourse.uk does not take payment for courses (pilot model). Refunds and cancellations are handled by the training provider you booked with.

What you should do

• Check the provider’s refund/cancellation policy before booking.
• If you need a refund, contact the provider directly.

If you can’t resolve it

If you believe a provider is acting unfairly or misleadingly, contact us at info@findacourse.uk and we will:

• Review the complaint
• Ask the provider for a response
• Consider actions such as updating the listing, removing a “Verified provider” badge, or delisting
