Marketplace / Directory Terms (for learners/users)

1. Directory role (merchant of record)

FindACourse.uk helps you discover and compare courses. Providers are responsible for:

• Course delivery
• Pricing
• Availability
• Booking terms
• Refunds/cancellations
• Complaints about the training itself

2. Booking and payments

Bookings and payments are made directly with the provider via their booking process.

• Any contract for the course is between you and the provider.

3. Verified provider badge

Some providers may display a “Verified provider” badge.

• This means we have completed basic checks (e.g., identity/business checks and minimum listing standards).
• It is not a guarantee of quality, outcomes, or regulatory approval.
• You should still do your own checks before booking.

4. Reviews and feedback (optional)

If we enable reviews:

• Reviews must be honest and based on genuine experiences.
• We may remove reviews that are abusive, unlawful, or clearly false.

5. Complaints pathway

If you have an issue:

1. Contact the provider first using their contact details.
2. If unresolved, contact us at info@findacourse.uk with:

• Provider name
• Course date/location (if applicable)
• Summary of the issue
• Evidence you can share
