We run a directory/marketplace of training courses. Training providers listed on the Website are independent third parties.

What this policy covers

This policy explains how we collect and use personal data when you:

• Enquire with or click through to a provider
• Apply to list as a provider

Personal data we collect

Depending on how you use the Website, we may collect:

• Message content: information you include in enquiries/complaints

• Provider onboarding: business name, contact person, email/phone, website, course details, compliance evidence you submit

We do not intentionally collect special category data (e.g., health data). Please do not send it unless necessary for a complaint.

Directory model and provider bookings

FindACourse.uk is a directory. Providers are the merchant of record for bookings and payments.

• If you click to a provider’s booking page, that provider will process your data under their own privacy policy.
• If we pass any enquiry details to a provider (only where you ask us to), we will do so to help you connect with them.

Sharing your data

We may share personal data with:

• Service providers (e.g., website hosting, email, analytics)
• Training providers (where you request contact, or where needed to investigate a complaint)
• Professional advisers (legal/accounting)
• Authorities where required by law

We do not sell your personal data.

International transfers

Some suppliers may process data outside the UK. Where this happens, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., UK Addendum to EU SCCs) where required.
