Cancellation / refund policy
Cancellation policy • Tiered notice periods: Bretts Training Hub requires 7 to 14 days’ notice for a full refund or free rescheduling. Cancellations made within 7 days may be charged at 50%, while cancellations made with less than 24 to 48 hours’ notice, or no-shows, may be charged in full. • Written requests: All cancellation and rescheduling requests must be submitted by email to ensure a clear written record. • Substitute attendees: Clients may replace an attendee at no extra cost if Bretts Training Hub is notified before the course begins. • Provider cancellations: Bretts Training Hub may reschedule or cancel a course due to low enrolment, emergencies, illness, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond its control. Where possible, at least 7 days’ notice will be given. Bretts Training Hub is not responsible for third-party travel or related costs.
